The Surfing Turtle has something for everyone from a private courtyard for your morning coffee to lounging by the pool till dinner time. You can even serve dinner right from the bar b que grill poolside then pick your spot... table, loungers, or on the outdoor patio sectional. Just what I needed

The kind people in the area made me feel right at home. Walking out my back door to take a swim is not something I am use to but it was just what I needed. Close to hospital to visit a sick friend and close enough to the beach to talk to God about my concerns in this world. So much room and a garage to keep your car out of the sun. Loved this area and will be back.

The Surfing Turtle was perfect! The house is spacious and we all had privacy! In other beach homes, we've always felt piled on top of each other. The amenities were great - everything we needed, that was advertised in the description, was available for use! If we are back in the area again, this would be out #1 pick for a place to stay!

Property was close to restaurants and beaches. We were able to see a rocket launch right from the end of the driveway. Pool and outside area was nice. Hopefully the yard is a little less weedy in the future, there was a maintenance guy there fixing the sprinkler system, maybe this had something to do with the lawn. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay there again! Owner and managing company responded quickly to concerns or questions.

We had 8 in our party and did not feel cramped. Plenty of space to spread out and for eating together, both inside and out. Fenced back yard with a pool and covered seating area provided a great space for after beach relaxing. Easy walk to the beach (however needed to cross a busier road but just waited until someone let us cross). We were the only people 'parked' on the area of the beach accessed by the recommended beach access. Twin beds are actually trundles in a 'play' area with a sliding barn door but they worked out fine for our crowd. Coffee maker is a drip machine (not a Keuring) so bring your favorite bag coffee. The house is a 1.5 hour drive to Orlando and all the parks. Our gang were able to enjoy both the parks and the beach on this trip. Definitely would recommend staying here.

House was just as described. Very comfortable for a large group. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Everything needed was available. Location very convenient.

Lots of rooms and 5 minute walk to the beach

This house was perfect for our large family gathering at Christmas! There were plenty of beds and privacy for the teens and adults in our group when anyone needed it. The backyard is very relaxing and the 5 minute walk to the beach is by sidewalks and crosswalks. If you are planning to go to the beach for the day, I would suggest a wagon to carry your supplies to have someone do the quick drive up to the beach and drop off the gear. Great house! We all agreed we'd stay there again!

The house was spacious and very comfortable. Really appreciated the size of the kitchen. The property manager did a great job in answering our questions/responding right away. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

What a great vacation! The house was spacious and beautiful! Loved the games left for us to enjoy ! Plenty of space for all! Plenty of linens, towels and even beach towels. The pool was great! We appreciated the pool guy coming twice to service the pool. The walk to the beach was short quick and easy. The shells were amazing and the lifeguards great! I appreciated the things to do in the binder! We enjoyed seeing turtles at night as we watched a large sea turtle returning back to the sea after laying eggs. We were wowed as we watched a rocker launch from the bottom of the driveway from Cape Canaveral. We were all truly in awe! All of us would highly recommend this place!!!

Was a very roomy house. walkable to beach. In laws have a difficult time walking but they were able to drive up and meet us at beach.

Great location that is easy to walk to the beach. Several restaurants close by. Our only issue during the week was wifi which took a few days to get handled. Overall I would recommend this house for families or friends wanting to stay together.

The house was beautiful and a perfect place for our large family. It was very clean. There is a busy road that has to be crossed to go to the beach but this was communicated beforehand. Our only suggestion is that more cooking materials could be provided. Would definitely recommend this place!

Plenty of room for everyone. Nice pool and patio. Walk to the beach. Kitchen setup with everything you need - grill was great! Only a couple of things - bathtub is super slippery (kiddos were sliding around) and there really needs to be more light on the dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone traveling with families.

Communication and check in was easy as it possibly could be. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We did have a pool heater issue but management fixed it right away. Beach access was just a few minute walk. Very quiet area so if you’re looking for chaos and hustle and bustle this area is not it. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was as well. We did visit some local shops and restaurants which were all wonderful and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I’d suggest just having a few extra paper products to start with. There was only six of us and had to purchase extras right away. But overall would absolutely visit this home and the area again.

We arrived a short while after check in. The code was provided upon request and easy to use. Nice neighborhood The pictures on the listing match the house very well It is a spacious house. Just perfect for multiple family members to be comfortable The rooms were ready for us and all of our guests. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There were an abundance of towels, dishes, pool towels and toys and supplies The pool was cleaned twice during our stay but didn’t interfere with our use of it The notebook provided good directions to the beach access (though Colony St isn’t marked at Acacia) A couple of suggestions- the light in the dining area (by the backyard sliders) above the table periodically cuts off then back on The WiFi instructions need to be updated to the AT&T account The pool skimmer needs repair or replacing as the end with net keeps falling off These were minor inconveniences I highly recommend The Surfing Turtle house and the host, Turtle

Lots of space in this house, having two separate LRs meant the kiddos had their own space and the adults had their own also! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to cool three meals a day! The pool was clean and a good size. We appreciated the beach gear!! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Everything was as described in VRBO. The location was excellent there was plenty of space for my family ….three generations no one was in anybody’s way. It was clean it was lovely it was perfect owners responded quickly neighbors were kind quick walk to the beach
