Seahorse Ranch

The home was even better than what we expected! Sparkling clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels and bedding, games, and even shampoo and conditioner. The pool area was wonderful, spent a lot of time in there and loved the window that opens from the kitchen to pass food through. Bathroom has a door that opens to the pool area, so no wet kids running through the house, getting water everywhere! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock on the canal with our coffee in the mornings. Loved having the washer and dryer, they worked great, along with all the kitchen appliances, and the TVs in every bedroom were really nice. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and minutes away from several restaurants. We will definitely look to book the sea horse ranch if we are back in Cocoa Beach!

Loved the location of the house, perfect size for the amount of guests we had. The pool was a big hit, loved the pool. Kitchen had pretty much everything you needed to make any meal you wanted. Overall a wonderful place to stay

This house was perfect for our family get together. House manager was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay and was always very helpful. Our kids spent lots of time in the heated pool and we saw lots of wildlife in the canal including dolphins and manatees! If we vacation in this area again we will definitely look to see if this place is booked.

We came down to see the Artemis launch and had an issue with another property so picked this one up at the last minute. Janice was fabulous, very accomodating with our schedules and situation. We had the same small issue with the washer that I think is resolved now, and Janice was extremely responsive. Cleanliness was the most important thing to me and as I said in the title, this home is sparkling clean. The pool was so much fun! We loved the dock and the wildlife in the canal, also the coconuts floating down the canal. ?! :) One note, it has two keurigs, I didn't see that in the listing so we bought one but when we got there saw that it already had one. Actually two! Kitchen is very well stocked. You can park in the garage if you want. Nice landscaping, art, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. 2 families (2A 2C + 2A 3C). sleeping was slightly cramped but our host kindly added a twin for us.This house is not new but very clean and really well equipped.Decor nice. The highlight is the outside area. Photos simply don't do it justice. The pool has a lovely view onto the inland waterway which was so peaceful in the evening sun. Kids loved the pool too and pool toys and some beach gear were supplied.Plenty of towels and cleaning products.Location wise about a 10-15 mins stroll to the beach. 20 mins walk to Coconuts on the Beach (our favourite) and similar to Jazzy's Mainely lobster which is really good too.Kennedy Space Centre is about a 40 min drive.Our host was very responsive to a couple of queries and the home is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We had occasion to speak to the neighbours who were nice people.Overall we would highly recommend this home.

Everything was wonderful very spacious house pool was awesome fishing and seeing dolphins in the backyard was spectacular!!! Easy check in and check out! Overall great relaxing vacation!! Great place!

This home was perfect, it was walking distance to the ocean and downtown. We saw dolphins, crabs, stingrays, etc from the pier! Amazing trip!

House was very clean, great location that was close to everything, the pool was nice, but we didn’t expect all the beautiful animals in the backyard on the canal! We saw a manatee, a dolphin, ducks, fish jumping and a Herron.

Everything about this place was excellent. Communication was great, easy check in, beautiful house and surroundings. Close to everything! Would definitely recommend!

Janice was incredibly responsive and made sure to handle the two issues we encountered straight away. We did think we'd be closer to the beach, it is more than a block - about a 15 minute walk. Don't let that stop you from renting - there is always parking at the end of the street where you can pay by the hour or day. The pool is larger in person - the photos really don't do it justice.

This is by far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. There were 10 in our party and we had enough room. The pool was awesome and the waterway behind the house was perfect for fishing. We had everything we needed at the house and did a lot of cooking while we were there. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is within walking distance but several blocks away however there is beach access parking right there so no need to walk. Management was nice and very quick to respond. My only 2 complaints were with the master bedroom. The bed sunk badly in the middle making it difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably in it. The master shower drain took FOREVER to drain and if several people are trying to shower back to back you will be standing in someone else’s shower water. Management did say they have a new bed ordered and had a plumbing company come look at the shower claiming it needed some expensive work to fix it. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.

The house is lovely with a beautiful kitchen and a large table that can seat 10. We really enjoyed the pool and the patio area. The house has a small dock and we saw lots of wildlife, especially first thing in the morning. The property is located about 1/2 mile from the beach and is walkable with older kiddos. However, you do have to cross two busy roads. There is public beach access at the end of 4th street and there were parking spots available in that lot every day but Saturday. We had a small issue with the pool which was handled promptly by Janice, the property manager. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful. The patio with pool, the backyard lagoon, and all the house features were perfect. Walking distance to the beach.

Came for spring break. The weather was great and the rental home was perfect. Plenty of room for our two families of 4. We did have a problem with the hot water heater, but Janice was quick to respond and even accompanied the plumbers who showed up and fixed the problem with no interruption to our vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Canal was very cool, pool area really nice. Easy walk or drive to the beach with parking at the end of the street at the beach. My niece left 2 pairs of shoes when we left and the property manager mailed them to me on her dime. Very impressive. And probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in.

Relax and UnwindWe were looking to get somewhere warm and comfortable and just relax. We picked the right spot! Great location - convenient to the shops and restaurants and still quiet and secluded. The home was well decorated, furniture and beds were comfortable. Only negative was that we thought we might grill by the pool but the grill is so old, rusty, and dirty that we decided that was not an option. Seriously in need of replacement - it's beyond just needing a good scrubbing. But, we highly recommend this property. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice and RelaxingOver all place was awesome. It met all our accommodations. Only thing was the pervious people messed up the microwave. Besides that everything was perfect. Check in was easy, she answered all of my questions, place was perfect walking distance to the beach, and near to everything. We had some minor issues in the beginning but was taken care of right away and that is great service.

She has thought of just about everything. I was kind of worried about the pool with my 2 little ones but there are locks up high as well as an alarm. We really didn’t need anything except toothpaste and food. Very quick to respond with questions. I was pleased with our experience!

Great location to vacation during COV 19We were family of 8 with kids and teuely enjoy the experience. Property is clean and located .5 mile from beach entrance from the street. Great family vacation home!We really enjoyed our week for annual family vacation in this home. The furnishings were all new, very nice and comfortable. The split plan layout of the 4 bedrooms, as well as the large dining table and kitchen, gave us all (8) plenty of space. The home is in a nice neighborhood, was clean and well-equipped. The pool was refreshing and provided hours of fun. The pool bath was handy. My son was able to bring his boat right up to the dock in the backyard to pick us up. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock too. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental! It checked off almost everything we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view out back was amazing, VERY close to the beach super roomy beautifully updated! All around great experience for our family vacation :)

Stayed Jun 2020Jonathan H.This property is absolutely amazing for so many reasons! Location, Location, Location! It resides just a half mile from the ocean making it easy to spend a day soaking up sun and surfing at the beach. Because it sits on the south-side of the city, the beaches are much less crowded than other tourist spots in town. It is a stone's throw from downtown Cocoa Beach making it easy to pick-up takeout food at one of the many local restaurants. The house resides in a cute neighborhood on the Banana River giving guests beautiful wild-life and nature scenery all day and night. The backyard hosts a beautiful screened-in pool and pool deck overlooking the river. We spent our 9-days in Cocoa Beach flexing our time between the beach and the pool! The house itself contains hints of 1970's Cocoa Beach nostalgia but modern amenities including an updated kitchen. The bedrooms are clean and uncluttered with enough decor to feel "beachy" but not tacky. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a fun Florida vacation. This house was a great fit for our vacation. It had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach and even had fishing equipment for the dock out back. The big dining table was a nice bonus.
