Located directly on the Banana River, the home offers a peaceful waterfront setting where you can unwind, enjoy the sunset, and make the most of your Florida vacation. Grab one of the provided canoes or paddleboards and get out on the water, or simply relax in the outdoor spa while taking in the view.
After a day at the beach, come home and enjoy the private putting green, pool table, fire pit, gas grill, and the hot tub. There’s something for everyone here!

Jamaican me lazy was AWSEOME! A FULLY stocked kitchen was a surprise. I brought pots and pans to cook Christmas dinner but I didn't need to. Enough of everything to serve up to 12 people. We had a wonderful family gathering for the holidays. And you have to appreciate a host who provides every time of glass you'll ever need for evening cocktails in the hot tub. You'll have to book the place to know what I mean. Just bring groceries and a toothbrush. Thank you!!

Very clean. Comfortable furniture, was pleasantly surprised. Clean, great hot tub, great river view and just where we wanted to stay. Spacious and felt like home and was great for entertaining. All amenities I would expect were there. Would stay here again, thank you!

This is a great house! Right on the canal, great views of rocket launches, and close to downtown Cocoa Beach and the port for access to many great restaurants. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and very easy to get to. Turtle was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions or needed to make adjustments to our reservation.

We had a great time in your house! It was so spacious and we appreciated all the amenities that you provided! The kids and adults enjoyed the canoe and paddle boards. The hot tub and putting green were fun too! It’s so close and convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and activities. There was so much room for us to enjoy just sitting and relaxing. The house was private and in a quiet location. Also, we appreciated the beach chairs, body boards and beach cart. Very close to the beach. 5 stars! Thank you for making our stay in FL so enjoyable!!
