We loved our stay! It’s right on the beach, we watched a Space X launch, and a mama sea turtle built a nest right next to the house. Sea kayaks included, several kites you can fly, beach games. This property offers a lot! One drawback was the air unit in the back bedroom isn’t working well. It blows just as much hot air as it does cold and the temp stayed around 84. The blind at the kitchen table needs to be darker. Even with the shade closed, a lot of light spilled over onto the dunes

This is our 2nd stay @ Good Vibrations! We fell in love with the house and Melbourne Beach our 1st stay and new we would be back! We were sorry to see the devastation caused by recent storms to the back of the home :( We really enjoyed the outdoor dining area that is no longer there as a result. It would have been appreciated to have been given a heads up about the construction next door and the loss of the outdoor dining area…however it did not take away from our enjoyment. We missed having the seclusion that the treed lot (which has been purchased and is under construction) provided. It had a very tropical secluded feel which is just non existent now. With that being said…the home is still just as charming and fully stocked with all the amenities a person/family could need!! My boys loved the board and sand toys provided. Which we appreciated as well.. Everything you needed chairs, umbrellas, toys and more were provided! You literally just need a toothbrush and a change of clothes and your supplied with the rest you’ll need for a great getaway! Thank you again for sharing this beautiful space and allowing us to create these wonderful memories with our kids! ❤️

This place is amazing. It will have everything you will need for a good time at the beach with your family or traveling alone like I did. The home was impeccably clean and came with so many extras. Very effective air conditioning in every room. Very nice ceiling fans keep the inside environment exactly where you want it. It even had a little fireplace and space heaters if you needed them during the winter time. It may have even had other heating in the home, I was there during the summer. A very well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and strainers and utensils galore. Coffee mugs, plateware, placemats, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, I could go on. The place was very well stocked. Washer and dryer worked very well. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds. One bed was firm the other was soft, I never tried the 3rd one! But really what matters about this house is nothing that I have mentioned so far. What matters here is YOUR VIEW! Holy Mackerel. You will enjoy it! The Sunrises are STELLAR. The beach is PERFECT and there was almost nobody else anywhere near me on the beach during my entire week stay in September of 2022. This place is very private. Turtles came to nest EVERY NIGHT that I was there, right there on the beach, it was completely amazing. There were also hatchings of turtles at least twice while I was there. Because this place is in such a somewhat isolated area geographically, there are a good amount of bugs like sand fleas in particular which love to bite right at sunset and sunrise so just cover up or wear bug spray and you should be fine. I just wore sweat pants, socks and a long sleeved shirt and a hat. If you have exposed skin they will eat you alive in a short amount of time. During the day, the bugs were not bad at all. There are friendly crabs, and all kinds of birds in the area. I did see some brown Pelicans patrolling the beach line also an Osprey or 2 and lots of seal gulls and other neat sea birds. The water was warm and the waves were mostly calm. The sun rises were the best for me. Thank you SO much for letting me stay here! The property manager, I think her name is Christine, was EXTREMELY kind and very helpful and completely responsive to every question I had and she even managed to help me extend my stay for one additional night and she took care of everything. She even made a visit out to the home to answer some questions I had about the area and all. A++ I will be back here soon! Thank you again! WOW.

This property had everything our family of four needed to enjoy a week on the beach. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were great. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals (used the grill a few times too). Even enjoyed the living room television the night it was storming outside. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas daily. Enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys as well. There were adult life jackets (we had brought two for our daughters). Sunscreen and bug spray are a must. We were there in late July and had loggerhead and green turtles come up every night to nest. Even got to see baby turtles hatching. This was our first beach house rental (historically had stayed in hotels) - I don't think we'll ever stay at a beach hotel again; this rental far surpassed our previous hotel experience.

This spot is perfect! It is private and tucked away, your very own piece of paradise. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed. Was immaculately clean. Listening to the waves was wonderful, we can't comment on any of the TVs as we never even turned them on; there was just so much to do! Surfing 10 steps from the house, awesome!! Loved the rooftop deck, what a spot for morning yoga! The kids loved the hammock. This spot is a true gem, we hope to visit again!

Fantastic beach vacation - classic bungalow on the beach. 4 year old loved it! Also really enjoyed seeing the turtles crawl up the beach at night.

Just as described in VRBO website. Eclectic bungalow on A1A. The home is what it is...clean and efficient. The outside is amazing. Steps away from your own private beach. The views off the deck and roof top deck are spectacular. Caught an amazing sunrise one morning that was unbelievable. The house itself it equipped nicely. Stay was comfortable but we spent most days and night outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants-easy to get in and out of. The downside if you can call it the lightning in the home is poor. The one bathroom in the main hall is very dim and there is no hallway light. The water pressure was a little low in that bathroom as well. No big deal we just used the other shower that was better lit and the water pressure is outstanding. The outdoor grill worked fabulously. Overall 10+ rating. I definitely would rent this home again if I were to comeback again to Melbourne Beach. One note...the bugs are bad-and since we hung out outside all the time including in the evening and the "no see um bugs" got us good. So make sure to have bug spray and wear long sleeves and pants when hanging out outside at night! This didn't ruin our trip...We just couldn't get enough of the view and the vibe of the home!

This was our 1st time ever to Florida and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The views and seclusion were incredible! The home was perfect size for our family of 4. I loved the fun decor and charm. The pics related to the property were a cool touch also. My oldest son and I are early birds and the layout allowed us to do what we needed to do in the morning without disturbing my husband and youngest son. Speaking of mornings...the upper deck was one of my favorite spots!! Watching the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee was priceless!! Also the built in seating outside was awesome!! All the amenities included were much appreciated and useful!! My boys ages 6 & 7 enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards very much! We literally had everything we needed and then some. The app included with the stay was quite helpful too. Only negative was lack of communication with the owner, but it in no way affected our experience. I have already shared the home with friends and would highly recommend to others interested. Thank you for sharing this home and allowing us to create these awesome memories together!! We would love to return in the future! ☺️

Stayed Jun 2020Dianne R.A cute, eclectic cottage (which is exactly as advertised) that is supplied with everything needed for a stay at the beach. We enjoyed an absolutely marvelous 2 weeks here. We watched the sunrise in the morning, lunched on the beach and had dinner on the glass topped table built on the lower deck. The upper deck provides a terrific view and a couple of chairs to enjoy it.The kitchen is well equipped, the bed in the master (the only one we used) very comfortable. The cottage was clean and welcoming, the surf boards adding a fun feature to the living room.The beach is quiet and lovely. There were never more than literally a handful of folks as far as you could see. We loved checking out the turtle tracks in the morning.We cooked most nights but did get take out from the Cafe Coconut Cove one night and it was delicious.We are leaving this morning but so hope we will have the opportunity to return to this peaceful oasis. We took our teen/adult children and had the best time relaxing on the beach enjoying the ocean everyday, and cooking on the grill in the evenings. Quiet secluded area almost makes you feel like your on a private island, although your not far from town if you need anything. The house is welcoming, and we felt like we were staying at a family members home. I wouldn’t recommend small children in this home. It’s best for adults, and older children. Stayed Mar 2020David B. Lake Mary, FLWhat a fun rental property! This is a traditional Florida beach house, decorated in a beautiful and whimsical fashion! Surfboards hang from the ceilings w/ beachy decor everywhere. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the beach w/both sun and shade, an observation deck up above w/the same amazing view, and a stairway directly onto the sand.The view is absolutely stunning and will be evident as soon as you open the front door.We found the kitchen to be well stocked and a full tank of propane with grill outside.Also to note is a good sized front yard w/flowers and coconut palms and sweet little patio. It is set back from the road much more than most properties in this area, giving it a more secluded feel.This is a "less touristy" area, away from Spring Breakers, etc. You may find that you often have a good portion of the beach to yourself.All in all, just a beautiful and authentic beach cottage that we hope to return to as often as possible!Published Mar 27, 2020

Fall asleep in a hammock while listening to the sound of the crashing waves, sunbath on the roof top deck, or take one of the boards out. The property manager, Janice, was kind and attentive. Stayed Feb 2020Bridget B.This little surfer hideaway is just what our family needed. The driveway is easy to miss but you can turn around and find it quickly. Unlocking the front door, you immediately see the ocean and the view is breathtaking. The hostess left a box of chocolate-covered potato chips and a note telling us to contact her if we needed anything. The home is from the 1950s with a lot of updates (and it seems they are doing more). We did notice a smell in certain parts of the home but we seemed not to notice as much after being there for a while. The home is great for teenagers (or older children) but small children could be more difficult with the overlook balcony. We will definitely visit again.

This place was paradise in a very sweet spot in a secluded bungalow that felt as if u was the only one on an island, it felt very welcoming and and homely I would recommend this bungalow for anyone that wants relaxation I will be coming back next year

Overall great place. Not much to do in the area but if you want beach front definitely beach front.
