My family absolutely loves this location. We come to Cocoa Beach once a year so the kids can attend NASA camp. This place is our new favorite place to be and I can't wait to come back. We can walk straight out to the beach, pool, putting green! The neighbor-renters are fabulous. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and appointed. Just a wonderful experience all around.

The condo at CT was a great location being right on the beach and having a spectacular pool. Great proximity to restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier. Excellent communication with the host. Everything was clean and it was a great home away from home. Thank you!

This condo is beautifully decorated! Great location! Easy parking! Steps to the beach. First floor is awesome… step out to large courtyard with putting green and pool area! Bed in master is advertised as a king but is queen or full. Kitchen items are limited if you plan to cook much more than a one pot meal. But communication with owner was great. Check-in/key was simple. We had an a amazing stay with 3 other families who also rented condos in same building!! We will definitely stay at Canaveral towers again

We had a fabulous stay. Property was decorated beautifully, kitchen was well stocked. Everything was just very comfortable. The ease of the first floor was great and we loved chipping and putting from our deck!! I would absolutely recommend. We will book again in the future.

Cannot say enough great things! We have stayed in many vacation houses and this was the cleanest and most comfortable especially all the beds! We slept well and enjoyed the window cracked to hear the ocean waves. The property had more than expected that others do not provide such as detergent, sunscreen, trash bags, beach stuff etc that normally we have to go buy. Awesome fixtures in bathrooms and great water pressure. Tvs had more than we expected as far as channels and Netflix. Internet went out once due to the condominium and the manager was excellent getting it resolved asap even after hours which we appreciated. Highly recommend eating at Southern Charm for breakfast/lunch!

The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed being able to walk out our patio to the pool, beach and mini golf. We would definitely come back.

The condo was very clean with updated renovation. The pull out couch needs to be fix but that is the only negative thing about this place. Location is perfect and it was very easy to contact the owner and the person in charge at any moment. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!!

Brought my Dad for his birthday from Seattle to see the Heavy Falcon Space X launch. The launch was cancelled due to hurricane Milton, but we did get to see a smaller launch and spend a full day at Kennedy Space Center. Our stay was an adventure for sure. Janice with East Coast Living was outstanding. The location and accommodations are very comfortable with direct beach access. The community center is just a 1/4 mile walk away as well, with just a $7 daily rate for very nice gym facilities and lots of pickle ball competition. Great Value, even with the added and unplanned hurricane experience.

Our stay was great! I was a bit worried about not having received the keys they said they would mail, but it turns out they installed an electronic lock, which made check in very easy. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. It was so easy to access the beach and the place is also close to restaurants and grocery store. Also a ~30 minute drive from Kennedy Space Center, which was our main goal of this trip! Overall, a great experience!

Amazing location. It's great to be on the ground floor right by your car, the pool, the beach, and the putting green! This is a huge benefit as compared to being on a floor higher up. And you still get a great sunrise view. Also, you're in walking distance to the park and splash pad, which was great for our kids. Also, It does have a pack-n-play and a high chair, which was perfect for our little one. It had some beach chairs and toys, but the beach umbrella was small and mostly broken (I had to alter it to work). So, you may want to bring something for beach shade. Great spot. We will very likely come back to this listing in the future!

Everything was as described. Perfect Location, first floor was ideal. Putting green and pool and ocean are steps away. Beach was quiet, just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get together within a 5 minute drive. Thanks for having us, we had a blast!

An absolute delight to have stayed at Anchors Away! The location was perfect. We had access to the pool and beach right from our 1st floor patio. Perfect location to watch launches form the Kennedy Space Center. The condo had everything you needed to start your stay and plenty of room for us. Beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting. Our host, Janice, kept in touch with us before and during our arrival making this a smooth vacay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay at Anchors Away

The biggest complaint was the dishwasher not working initially, but after a few phone calls over the course of 2 days the issue was taken care of. Property manager wasn’t the most responsive, but glad the problem was handled. 1st floor location does have perks and drawbacks, but overall we enjoyed staying on the first floor.

Dana, we apologize for any delay in response time when handling the dishwasher issue. We try our best to respond to all guests in a timely manner. We do have other units that are located within the same complex that are not on the first floor. These two other properties (Seaside Escape + Ocean Blue) may offer you more of what you're looking for if you ever choose to book with us again.

My family and I loved staying here. Loved being able to walk along the beach every night and the pool was uncrowded and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook and bake anything and it was easy to get around town and visit attractions. We had a minor issue with getting the dishwasher to turn on, but the property management was so communicative and we figured it out.
