Location is everything. This two bedroom, two bath townhome is in the heart of Indialantic. Walk across the street for shopping, dining or entertainment. Private Beach access with heated pool. Sit outside on the upstairs balcony sipping your morning drink of choice or evening cocktail while listening to the waves crash ashore. There is also a downstairs patio for lounging in the sun or you can stroll over to the pool. Plenty of room inside too, guest room features a queen bed alongside a twin and a king in the other. The living room features a futon allowing for plenty of sleeping arrangement options. You even have a private garage making it easy to unpack, and enjoy some extra privacy.

The overall stay was great. Very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean, good temperature and nice pool, one minute walk across the grass to the beach! Beautiful clean beach area! Great spot, with good food in the area. Everyone we met was very welcoming and nice to talk too. Will stay again!

This was the perfect getaway place for us. We wanted something away from the busy public beaches where we could just relax and unwind. The townhome looks out to the ocean and comes equipped with everything you need. I slept like a baby - mattress was comfortable and the fans were appreciated! I would definitely come back and stay!

Great place to stay especially if you're looking for calm and quiet. It's an older set of folks that live in the complex. Something to consider depending on what you're looking for. I would stay here again!

We found Turtle's place after searching for a beachfront condo. The ground-floor condo is a game changer. You don't have to climb steps or elevators to reach your destination and the neighbors practically turned into family by the end of the week. The beach is private and quiet and we spent almost every day out there, before washing off the sand to take a dip in the pool. The garage was a nice add-on. We have a 3 and 5-year-old, and it was nice to park our bikes and scooters in the garage. Turtle even provided beach chairs, a cooler, and sand toys. We ate at Long Doggers, Squid Lips, and Beachside Seafood. All the restaurants were great. There is a Walmart, Winn Dixie, and a Mcdonald's right around the corner for groceries or a quick drive-through meal. We visited two nice parks, but Gleason Park was fantastic. A great place with a walking trail, turtles, and a fantastic play area. Thanks for a great vacation, Turtle. We'll be back!

We stayed for 6 days and loved it. The interior layout was perfect for a family of 4– and the walk to the beach is minimal (my young children had no issue walking on their own!). Beds were incredibly comfortable! It was cold when we stayed, so the heated pool was WONDERFUL! The beach is very private. It is clear great care was taken to ensure guests would have everything needed for an enjoyable stay— and we certainly enjoyed ours!

We loved the condo. We will check back if we stay in the area again. The beach was fantastic. The pool was nice. It is nice to have a garage to park in. Some of the lights we were not able to get turned on…not sure what switches done what.

Family of 5 stayed with 2 teens and a tween and we had plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen and with beach gear. Garage was convenient to keep paddle board and appreciate clothes line to dry towels and suits. Perfect location, close to Publix, excellent restaurants and easy to travel to Cocoa and other spots. Beach was beautiful. Would stay again!

The location was perfect, my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, we enjoyed walks on the beach and the view of the ocean from the property benches. It was quiet and relaxing. The garage was equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy the Space Coast. JANICE was awesome and helped us work through some confusion on our end (a couple of times) so it all ended well!

A great place to stay in an even better location than I expected. We were on the beach usually 2-3 times per day, and there are lots of extras to help you enjoy your beach visits (chairs, etc.). The area is quiet and we loved sleeping with the ocean sounds coming in through the balcony screen door. Was very nice having a garage with room to store other stuff.

Place was very clean. Pool was clean and just the right temperature. I was disappointed about the upstairs balcony was boarded up, but understand that renovations need to be done. Kitchen had everything we needed. Garage was a bit tight for the minivan we rented, but glad we had a garage to park in. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay and we didn’t have any complaints. Would recommend to others.

It was great! Love this location, the beach, the pool, and the comfort of the condo. Only prob I had was the living room tv didn’t work and then it did for a couple of days and then didn’t work again. I did let them know about the issue. But who watches very much tv when you have the beach and the pool!!! I will be back.

I have fallen in Love with this place! Great townhouse and so convenient. Love having a garage to park in. Steps away from the pool and the ocean. Janice and Company were fantastic to deal with and quick to respond. Will be staying here again for sure.
Easy to find & very easy to get in. The garage door was an added bonus . you dont have to worry about a key.The beds were super comfortable. It was a lovely quiet location & really close to the beach. Perfect for a morning walk to wake you up.
