Our guests love the long southern front balcony in this friendly neighborhood. Plenty of room relax with your morning cup of coffee. You are close enough to the ocean to see a peek of blue water and to feel the breeze while listening to the waves. After a day at the beach you will also love having an outdoor shower for washing the sand off. The gas grill will provide the opportunity to prepare your favorite meal in the courtyard.
This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated.

Only a 2 min walk to the beach, 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld, and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bikini Top. The place was easy to access, great location overall but definitely for beach access (which is walkable!), and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The home was equipped with anything you may need for your stay and Having beach chairs available is a huge plus! If you’re looking for a place to stay for a low key weekend and want to feel at home, this is the place to stay! Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Also, the location is perfect to see a launch!

We had such a nice stay at East Coast Living LLC. Very clean and well kept space. The amenities provided were great, especially the beach chairs. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The beach is just a 3 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again for a Cape Canaveral getaway.

This place was adorable and had a beach vibe. It included everything we needed while staying with our two kids. It was close to the beach and a short drive to many attractions including the Kennedy Space Center, the Wizard of Oz Museum, and even Disney world (an hour away). We would definitely stay again!

You actually can hear the ocean from the front door at night. Not a very high traffic area, especially at night, was really quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood. The walk to the beach only felt like 30 seconds honestly and you're only a couple minute drive from gas and good food. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could really need, washer dryer, oven, microwave, all very clean. Soaps in the shower was great bc I forgot all mine at home lol would 100% stay again

We had a couple tiny hiccups, but the host handled them faster than we could say ‘vacation mode.’ The beach is an easy 3-minute walk, and the grab-and-go beach setup (towels, sunblock, after-sun right by the door) was chef’s kiss. Keyless entry meant zero time worrying about keys and 100% time enjoying ourselves. Would absolutely stay again!

Just a VERY short walk to the beach which was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook some meals and there were extra linens and a fully stocked bathroom, perfect for my family of three. Definitely hope to return

My only regret is that I can't stay all year round. I had a rental car and was able to find everything I needed within a short drive. The place has everything for cooking at home and I did that at least 50% of the time. I got to see a Starlink rocket launch from the beach 5 mins walk from the place... awesome! In unit laundry was a huge convenience. The hosts were extremely attentive to my simple questions and requests. In fact, faster response than I would have expected. All in all, a great stay and I would do it again. I highly recommend this rental.
