To make this a reality, we provide detailed self check-in instructions and keep in touch to ensure a smooth check-in process. We even have an app that allows each renter with updated information about their rental.

After Hours Guest Support

We have found that many travelers make vacation plans outside of the typical 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  We are available 18 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle all customer service and guest inquiries promptly.  This provides a huge advantage compared to other companies who still operate between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

We believe in full transparency and real time metrics. Our owners are able to see and track their property’s earnings, and our live booking calendar allows owners to instantly see availability with the ability to place holds.

Our digital marketing and partnerships mean your property is seen anywhere potential guests are looking and booking. Our rentals are currently listed on 22+ different vacation rental websites, including VRBO and Airbnb. 

For one annual fee, we handle everything from writing and building out your listing, professional photography, determining rates, permits, hiring contractors when necessary, as well as handling reservations, housekeeping, maintenance tracking, customer service and guest inquiries. At the end of the year we provide you a 1099 for your convenience.

East Coast Living is proud to provide its housekeeping staff with a living wage while keeping cleaning fees in line with industry norms.  We view housekeeping as a key investment, not a profit center.  In addition, East Coast Living covers the cost of consumable supplies for our guests and cleaning supplies for our housekeepers.
