Welcome to Sunset Paradise in Cocoa Beach FL. Come and experience what Florida is all about in this 5 bedrooms- 4 full bath house on a deep water canal (home has been completely remodeled). The oversize pool deck provides plenty of room for entertaining while others soak up the Florida sun in or around the pool. You are welcome to fish off the dock or simply enjoy the sunset with an occasional dolphin or manatee swimming by. The absolute best thing about this home is how spacious it is. Making alone time just as easy has hanging with a large group. Main house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two family rooms, huge well stocked kitchen. The apartment upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and again a well stocked kitchen- You are going to LOVE sitting on the spacious top deck overlooking the water and fenced in backyard. Let's not forget the neighborhood playground right next door and the beach is only a few blocks away.
If you find you want to explore the area there is lots to do. Visit Kennedy Space Center- Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary- Cocoa Beach is just over the causeway where the famous local surfer (Ron) created surfboards out of his van and turned it into an empire- Ron Jon's Surf Shop. Port Canaveral is also an easy drive to watch the cruise ships come and go.

Had a great stay. We were able to see the bioluminescence right outside the dock. Kids collected comb jellies and they glow bright blue at night when you move them. The space was perfect for our use. Having 2 separate units created needed space and hangout areas for our 2 families. We launched our kayak from backyard dock and there is a beautiful playground next door. Location is close to beach. Would recommend.

The location is great, a quiet neighborhood but only minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. A lovely outdoors with pool and boardwalk. Inside there is everything needed and is clean and spacious. The first floor annex is great for groups with a varied age range!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed with two other families and there were 8 of us in total. We loved how much space we all had and how beautiful everything was! The location was perfect for us. So much within walking distance and we enjoyed the neighborhood setting. We walked over to the park a ton. We used the pool and it was perfect. The pool toys were an added bonus. Being on the canal was amazing. We saw dolphins and a manatee. We went fishing a lot and one of the girls in our group caught a stingray which we released back into the canal. So cool! Because we were fishing, we had a beautiful heron that visited us daily. We loved the local restaurants and being so close to the shops. We would love to come back someday. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Great experience! We had teenage boys that enjoyed having their own space in the upstairs apartment. There is a park directly next to the house which is nice during the day but we found visitors later in the evening after the park was closed. No issues but something to watch. The main house was spacious with lots of room for the adults. The pool was great with lots of birds and wildlife to watch while enjoying the sun. We had one issue with the master shower overflowing into the bathroom. The management staff was very responsive but they were unable to fix it during our stay. Seemed like a bigger issue as a result of how the bathroom was remodeled.

This house suited our needs for our large family! So much room and space for all. The layout was perfect with 2 living areas, plenty of bedrooms and a great kitchen. Our family likes to cook so a well stocked kitchen is essential - this exceeded our expectations. The separate upstairs apartment was perfect for the parents - extremely soundproof from the downstairs. Lastly, the location is 5 stars. Such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Being at the end of the street and right next to a playground was ideal for the kids. Fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins definitely adds to the the 5 star rating. I would highly recommend this gem.

House was very nice, clean, and exactly as it was in the listing for the rental. Easy to find, peaceful, yet close enough to walk to area restaurants and attractions. Only issues were that the pool wasn't heated and the master bathroom shower leaked water badly. However, it is very nice and I highly recommend it to a group or family for a great vacation house in Cocoa Beach.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The space was clean, uncluttered and very pleasant. We didn’t realize the home was two units (so there was a separate entrance for the upper unit of the home) which we didn’t even use because the lower level was plenty of room for our family (not everyone could make it). The location on the canal and right next to the park were great for us and there were restaurants within walking distance.

The house was spacious and well located. The pool was not a year round pool. It was misleading. The pool is not heated. Two of the bedrooms are in a completely separate apartment. Only very minor problems. All of living areas are spacious and bright. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Lots of windows and light. Good Internet service. One of the most well stocked kitchens I have seen in a vacation rental.

This place far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely on our vacation rotation. Janice was extremely responsive and supportive during the entire booking and check in process as well as check out. My entire family felt right at home and we could not of loved a more local experience better than through this home.

The house was awesome and everything went very smoothly. Enjoyed the dinosaur museum, great local restaurants, swimming in the pool, kayaking, and experiencing a night rocket launch that was spectacular. My only regret was that the Banana River is very unhealthy and you cannot eat any fish from the river.

The county and state have been doing tons of work to restore the Banana River- but it is a river, so you will never be able to see the bottom, but there is still tons of wild life swimming around.

This location was absolutely perfect for our family. From the location to the amenities, the house was wonderful. Turtle was a great and responsive host. The living areas were large and clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the house had a washer and dryer which was so helpful. The garage was stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, etc. The pool had noodles and ample seating, and having the grill was wonderful. The pool wasn’t heated which wasn’t a problem because it was so warm outside, but good to know in advance. The location was perfect. It was at the end of the street, right next to the park and right on the river. The only feedback I would give that isn’t 5 stars are the beds. The bedding itself was nice, but every bed creaked significantly and was less than comfortable. We enjoyed the upstairs apartment separation to the downstairs living space — it was a nice add for when half the group were early to bed and early to rise. We would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed the updated kitchen with large pantry. There were three separate living rooms with TV's. The above garage apartment has a nice kitchen and living room. Overall it was a great location close to the beach and the house has lots of room for a large family.

The house is well equipped with daily essentials. The layout is exactly what we needed where my son and his family could have their own space in the apartment upstairs. The house is very spacious which provides plenty of privacy. We were delighted that the guys could fish right off the dock, dolphins swam right up as if to say hello. There are many nice restaurants in the vicinity and beaches that are beautiful. We were in Florida for a family wedding being help at the Kennedy Space Center and this location was very convenient being only 30 minutes from the destination. We found a fabulous church practically in the neighborhood and were welcomed in like family. Our stay was great. We hated to leave. We’d do it again!

A few of our families stayed at the rental because of a softball tournament our kids were in. There was more than enough room for our large party and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The second floor apartment is completely separated from the main house with its own side entrance. The inside of the house is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The only suggestion we have is to get rid of some of the bathroom towels as you can tell they are older (one of them had a hole which was no big deal as we did not use it) and there were some corners that had cobwebs with spiders. Again not a big deal for our party but might be for others. Other than that the house is nice and the view from the backyard was beautiful. Our kids did not get to enjoy the pool as the weather did not cooperate but we would consider renting this property again if we were to return to the area.

The home was spectacular! The location on the water was the best in the neighborhood. There for baseball with plenty of room for two families. Great space for privacy or big groups, which ever you prefer! All the basics you need for the beach are already there!
